Hatchbacks are the sought after cars in the car industry in India as they are highly fuel efficient setting sales zooming. The market share rules the domestic car market leaving no scope for SUVs or sedans. The year 2012 is featured with a series of launches including global manufactures such as Renault, Volkswagen and BMW marking an entry.
The first and most basic way to power a remote controlled car is to have a battery pack running the motors. This is the kind of system that you will see in beginning cars. If implemented correctly, it can be fairly effective. Its main strong point is that it is very light. Cars using electric power can reach all new levels of lightness. However, like all of the options, there is a tradeoff: electric cars are the slowest of them all. So, you will have to decide whether you want a light car that handles well, or a speed demon that will tear up the competition. And that brings us to the next choice, which is definitely a bit speedier than the electric option.
What about maintenance costs? In a word – “very low” compared to a gasoline car. A petrol/diesel engine and its associated components require frequent maintenance like oil changing, lubricant changing etc etc. An Gear Motor is free of such frequent maintenances. But battery life is something that will cost you money in an EV. If your EV uses an old battery technology like lead-acid then you may expect a battery pack replacement per 20,000 miles. The cost will be around $800+ but it may vary with time. Still it costs you only 5.5 cents per mile.
First point I should note here is that an EV is not for your fancy long distance trips. An EV is suitable for your day to day commuting within 50 or 60 miles. You can save a lot of money that you spend on unpredictable gasoline prices by owning and operating an EV.
The Explorer Kayak – The explorer kayak is great for fishing is rivers and is equally adept for fishing in small lakes and ponds. The explorer kayak is inflatable, lightweight, and extremely durable. Don’t think that because this boat is inflatable it isn’t tough though. It is manufactured from 1000 denier hull material, making it incredibly durable. As a matter of fact this boat even stands up to my dogs claws when him and I go fishing together (which is quite often). This small river fishing boat easily carries 2 anglers (or 1 angler & 1 dog) and can be maneuvered into tight places easily. Explorer kayaks are even tough and maneuverable enough to stand up to class IV rapids! This is the least expensive version of all the small river fishing boats being outlined in this article.
You may have seen the multi-colored tips that are used when pressure washing. The red one is a 0 degree tip, and is the most concentrated stream of water. Be really careful when using a 0 degree tip. The yellow tip produces a 15 degree wide spray pattern. This is my favorite tip for heavy duty cleaning. The green tip is a 25 degree tip and is best for general cleaning. The white tip produces an even wider spray pattern at 40 degrees. Use it for light duty cleaning. The black tip is the safest one to use. It produces a really wide spray pattern of 65 degrees. I like using this one when applying the special cleaning detergents to surfaces just before I get ready to pressure wash.
If you use a modern battery technology in your car say, Li-Ion or Nanotech battery pack, it may last as long as 250,000 miles. Some companies even promise a life time warranty for your EV battery. Note: Initial cost will be high when you use a modern technology battery, but it will prove economical in the long run.
Of course, high quality electric bikes don’t come cheap. The research and engineering that goes into developing the machine can add up to quite a bit. So expect to pay more for a durable machine.
