For some reason, many people commit these mistakes again and again whenever they do ab workouts (abdominal crunches in particular), unmindful of the unpleasant things that can result from the wrongs that they are doing. For one thing, executing an ab exercise the wrong way (or any exercise for that matter) reduces if not totally eliminates the effectiveness of the exercise. Another thing is that doing an exercise improperly can boost one’s risks of suffering an injury. I’m sure you would agree with me that these things are no laughing matter.

Once you choose color for your paint project, you have one more decision to make: the paint sheen! The names are: flat, eggshell, pearl, satin, semi-gloss and gloss. What does this all mean? A simple window treatment works the best, for example a shooting star. Start with a Styrofoam ball, and cover it in aluminum foil. First paint the ball black, red, orange, and yellow by using a dry brush technique allowing some of the silver to show through. Now staple two colors of fabrics, orange and yellow onto the wall creating a burning tail, that should drape across the window. Attach the star by using a sticky hook and loop strip, and your window treatment is complete.
STEP TWO: Scrape off flaking paint, repair holes and cracks with spackle with a wide blade or five-in-one tool. Feather back rough paint edges by sanding. Always fill the imperfection flush with the surface even if it means having to refill 2-3 times due to shrinkage. It is much easier to refill than to sand back too much spackling. After the spackle dries, finish by lightly sanding with a medium (220 grit sandpaper), dust off surface and then prime each repaired area with small roller. Re-caulk any spaces you find where countertops, baseboards and moldings meet the wall.
